Anthony Trabasas
Anthony Trabasas is a Filipino-American Chef de Partie. Rooted in versatility, his culinary philosophy is deeply informed by his understanding of landscape, culture, and people. He began working at Misi, a contemporary Italian restaurant. He then pursued formal culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Along the way, he further refined his craft at Atoboy and has since risen to lead Chef de Partie at michelin-starred One White Street, where he currently works.
Candela Bado
Candela Bado (b. 1991 Montevideo) is a visual artist working in sculpture and installation. She has recently earned an MFA in Visual Arts at the Columbia University School of the Arts. Bado’s practice focuses on researching architectural language, particularly how the form and function of an object can be used to map and speculate histories of resistance against methods of erasure.
